Loan Application Checklist
This is a complete list of documents many lenders/loan officers will
require in order to process your mortgage loan application.
Personal Information
Addresses for all residences covering the last
2 years for both Borrower and Co-Borrower (include landlord name and
address/phone number if applicable).
Addresses for all employers covering the last
2 years for both Borrower and Co-Borrower.
Photo ID and proof of Social Security number
If you are not an American citizen, a copy of
the front and back of your Green Card
If applicable, a copy of your divorce decree
Property Information
Purchasing a home
Purchase agreement
Copy of listing contract
Copy of listing contract. (If you are selling
your current home)
If you sold your current home, be sure to
bring in your copy of the settlement statement (HUD-1).
Copy of your cancelled earnest money check
Refinancing a home
Verification of Income
Salaried Borrower(s):

student loans and other personal or cosigned installment
loans with creditors addresses and phone numbers
If your in the market for a Veteran Affairs (VA)
loan make sure you bring a Copy of DD Form 214, Discharge
Papers and Separation Documents
